Insurance & Extended Warranty Claims
J-Tech is fully insured and certified/equipped to perform extended service work on most makes and models. We will work closely with your insurance or extended warranty provider to ensure that all repairs will be fully covered in accordance with your contract, including providing a detailed list of needed repairs and an itemized cost estimate. For these types of repairs, please understand that there is additional time and procedures required to comply with your policy. What is not covered by your policy will be approved in advance of any work being performed and will be invoiced to you.
No repair work will commence until both the RV owner and insurance or extended warranty provider have signed off on the estimate.
J-Tech is insured under a Business General Liability policy with an aggregate limit of $2MM
